Delivery Terms

Delivery Information

We provide a next day courier delivery service, delivered the next-working day (excluding bank holidays). Our cut-off time for next-day dispatch orders is 4pm Monday to Friday.

Next day dispatch service is not applicable on the following days: Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays for next day delivery will be processed the following working day.

  • Express DPD Courier Delivery (Next Day Dispatch 1-2 working days) – FREE

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Please note: If you request for your parcel to be left in a safe place by our courier, we cannot be held responsible for missing packages.

Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly. Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer

Covid-19 Update: With the current circumstances, we are unable to guarantee our usual delivery times, delays may occur depending on your region.

Missed Deliveries

If your order has been shipped via a courier, they should leave a calling card on the first delivery attempt. They will then attempt another delivery the following day. If no one is available to accept delivery again, they will return your parcel to your local depot and wait for you to arrange a convenient day for delivery or arrange a pick-up from your local depot. Your parcel will be held for a maximum of 5 working days, before returning the parcel back to us.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once item is received, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs (if you were asked to return items yourself).
