Returns Policy

90-Day Money Back Guarantee

Return Policy:

At Aura UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your water filter, we offer the following return conditions:

Unused Water Filters:

If your water filter is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging, you can return it within 90 days from the date of receipt. In this case, you will only be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for the return shipment. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the water filter.

Used Water Filters:

If the water filter has been used, we can still accept returns, but a £99 filter charge will apply to cover the cost of the filter. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return postage and packaging. Upon receiving the filter in good condition, we will issue a partial refund, deducting the filter charge.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item(s) at our warehouse. If a refund is due, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, if applicable.
  • For hygienic reasons, returned products must be unused (unless subject to the used return policy as detailed above).
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return the item, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
