Further information about our returns policy:

Item must be received within 90 days of the original shipment day for a full refund or store credit.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns unless the return is a result of our own error (i.e you received an incorrect item).
Please note, the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee relates only to the cost of the products themselves. All other costs incurred will be at the expense of the customer including any installation/disconnection costs and return postage of the system itself.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Any visible damage to a delivered product must be reported to Aura Cebilon ltd within seven (7) days of receiving delivery. If after speaking with our Customer Service team, the damage or defect is deemed to be covered under warranty, Aura Cebilon Ltd will do one of the following:

Arrange a replacement product, and will organise return of the damaged or faulty product at no additional cost to the customer.

Organise return of the damaged or faulty product at no additional cost to the customer, and upon verification of the damage and defect, provide a full refund
