Warranty & Repairs
At Aura, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our water filtration systems. Our products are designed to perform flawlessly, however, we are happy to provide 3 years of extended service for our customers.
What is Covered?
Our warranty covers:
- All parts and filter issues related with manufacturing
- Labour costs for repairs related to product defects
Please Note: User-caused damage (e.g., moving the unit improperly, external physical damage, pipes pierced, etc.) is not covered under the free warranty.In such cases, service visits and repairs are charged extra and the cost of spare parts are added.
Repair or Replacement Process
- Initial Troubleshooting: Most issues can be resolved quickly via a call with our support team, as many problems arise from simple user errors (e.g., unplugged devices, external soaking).
- Spare Part Replacement: If a part needs replacing, we ship the required spare part directly from our Birmingham warehouse at no cost to you.
- Full Unit Replacement: In the rare event that the problem persists, we will exchange the entire unit at our expense.
